How does the service work?
The NationMobile service is a Breaking New Service for
mobile subscribers in Kenya.
It allows mobile users to receive breaking news alerts
on their mobile phone in the form of text messages.
To subscribe, send a text message with the words LIFE
BREAK to the number 80160
For each subscription, the user will receive six (6)
breaking news alerts, typically, over one week.
The user also receives one message confirming their
subscription and one message prompting them to re subscribe
when the subscription expires.

How much does the service cost?
The subscription costs 150 pence (GBP 1.50) above normal
operator charges. So each alert costs just 25 pence.

Which mobile handsets is the service compatible with?
Any mobile phone that is able to send and receive text
messages (SMS)

How do I re subscribe after my subscription expires?
You will receive a message with instructions on how
to re subscribe after you receive your last breaking
news alert.
To re subscribe, send a text message with the words
LIFE BREAK to the number 80160

Why should I pay for news that I can get free?
This service is intended to provide breaking news that
is not available anywhere else at the time of sending
the alerts. The alert provides a snippet of a story
that will not be available to the general public until
the following day on www.NationMedia.com and the Nation
Media Group publications. Therefore the service provides
the news well before it is available on any other Nation
Media Group source.
7.
Will Cellulant and/or Nation Media Group use my mobile
number for other purposes?
Cellulant and Nation Media Group will only use consumer
information for internal purposes and will not share
such information with any other party.
Cellulant and Nation Media Group will not send any unsolicited
messages to your mobile on behalf of any third party.
Cellulant and Nation Media Group will only send offers
of products and services that are deemed to be interesting
and relevant to the consumer. All offers will provide
consumers with a chance to opt out from receiving further
offers.

How do I unsubscribe?
To unsubscribe from the service, simply wait until you
receive your sixth and final breaking news alert. Then
you will receive a message reminding you how to re subscribe.
Simply do not respond to this message.

How do I get help?
In case you have any problems with the service, send
an email to help@cellulant.com You will receive a response
within 2 business days.
10.
Which countries is this service available from?
This service is currently available in the UK and in
Kenya. The service will also soon be available in the
US, Uganda and Tanzania.
